Obstructed Sewer Pipe

This is a photo of root intrusion in a sewer line. The home owner was forced to excavate to replace sections of the pipe. We offer an annual power washing (hydro-jet) with root treatment for residential customers who have problematic sewer lines.

Josephine The Plumber

Josephine is hands on. She came from an expanded family of plumbers with years of various plumbing skills. Starting in Ballaghderreen Ireland, London England, to the Bronx, NY. and finally San Francisco, California. Check out her brother Paul's company in San Francisco.

NYC Gas Qualifications

Natural gas is not something to take chances with. Following several devastating gas explosions in New York City, the City Council enacted a series of gas safety laws in 2016. Among them was Local Law 150, which established qualification requirements for individuals performing gas work. Effective January 1, 2020, individuals performing regulated gas work in New York City must be Licensed Master Plumbers or hold a Gas Work Qualification issued by the NYC Department of Buildings, working under the supervision required by law.

Dangerous Gas Connection

Gas Connectors should never disappear into a ceiling or a concealed location. If a gas connector disappears into a wall, floor, ceiling, or cabinet of an appliance, it's an improper installation. THIS IS DANGEROUS !!! Not only is the homeowner risking their own life, but also their neighbor's lives. In NYC, your Local Law 152 Gas Piping Inspection is a gas safety inspection - and will stop this type of dangerous and illegal work. Gas piping is not ordinary plumbing. Improper installations, unauthorized alterations, and poorly executed repairs can result in gas leaks, fires, explosions, serious injuries, and loss of life.
