Did you know?  NYC DOB requires anyone performing gas work to possess either a NYC Department of Building's Master Plumber License or a Qualification for Gas Work. 

Always get permits and work with qualified personnel. Operator Qualification (OQ) is a training and testing program, in addition to NYC DOB and Westchester County requirements, mandated by the New York State Department of Public Service, Pipeline Safety Division

A combination boiler and hot water heater, also known as a combi-boiler, is a heating system that provides both heat and hot water  It combines the functionality of boiler and a hot water heater into one compact unit that’s much more efficient.  It has a "tankless"  or  "on-demand" water heater combined with a boiler. 

You only pay for hot water that you use.
